چکیده
This article departs from the assumption that leadership in Islamic boarding schools applies an authoritarian-paternalistic and laissez-faire model, making it less effective. used a descriptive analysis approach, this analyzes Abuya (leader) model at MTI Pasir Boarding School managing conflict. finds not leadership, but charismatic-democratic. When conflict occurs, with his charisma brings together conflicting parties conducts deliberation consensus. The management carried out by was able to provide positive energy for development progress of School.
